I have been using the TTS Editor and really enjoy the versatility it gives the user. While my question is probably answered somewhere on this site I need help locating it or maybe a quick answer. If you delete the extra voice files from your unit will there be any additional space made available for use by the user. My Streetpilot c550 is limited in the amount of POIs that can be loaded in the unit. I can add additional files on SDHC card but this slows down the start up. Thanks in advance/
Absolutely
If you delete unused voice files, you can then use the extra space for POI's. I'd back up the voice files you delete on your PC, just in case you want them in the future.
