Can't upload files to GPS

Everytime i try to upload a file to my Garmin Nuvi the poi loader says the folder i have selected does not have any data files in it. Please HELP

Check here:
edit You need to select the folder with the poi files in it not the pois themselves....

Do you have your csv files
Do you have your csv files placed in a folder?When you run POI Loader are you directing it to that folder and not the csv files?

You can't select the file. You must put it in a FOLDER and then select the FOLDER when POI Loader asks for the source of the data.
Loading pois
Just make you a file on your computer and name it My POIS.Put the csv in the MyPOIS folder.Hook gps up to computer using usb cable.Run poi loader.On browse for the folder location.Pick location of My POIS folder not the csv file.Continue on with poi loader instructions.
