Anyone else watching the race this year?

IMOP it has been an exciting race with daily surprises.

I ride a bicycle and love to watch the TdeF>>>

if you want to see something interesting go to Google Maps, type in France and then hit street view....you will then be able to click on a street view of all the stages smile :)

Great year for TDF

I see Garmin has a free vehicle in their garage... their chase car... also numerous chances for US residents to win some very nice stuff. Saab is giving away a real car. Lots of expensive bikes as prizes from assorted sponsors. Not to mention Chipotle meal a week for a year.

Garmin-Chipotle, for their first year, is doing well and Columbia is doing even better.

OLN changed to Versus... That's the only way I can watch (on DirecTV) smile

Versus?

I have never heard of Versus. I'll check tonight to see if I can get channel 603. I can't tell from their channel guide.

The Street View is really great. The roads do not look in the best condition. It is hard to see that on TV. Racers are moving too fast.

I teach an indoor Cycle class at the gym and Wednesday I plan to play a recorded TDF ride in class. I have done this each year for the past 4 years. Class really enjoys it.

I tivo the tour and watch it each a.m. when I get up... Watching it right now as a matter of fact... wink
