Where is product key on the new map update disc ?

I received the new NA map update 2009 disc today and began the install process by inserting the disc but when I do, it asks for the product key. Well, there is none. There is a s/n but no product key and I have looked high and low on the disc and the jewel case and the packaging and there is none and no papers in the envelope. Anyone know where to find the product key? Am I missing something?

Did you order the DVD from Garmin? If so, they should have sent you an email with the product code.

I had the same problem called Garmin the key was on the same page. I'm not sure if you downloaded the file or got the hard copy, mine was the download.

Yes, I ordered the dvd from Garmin and he mailed it to me. but did not email me the product code. Guess I will have to call them Monday.
Check the confirmation email
It should have been on the confirmation email from them. If not, then you will indeed need to contact them.

If you did download the DVD from the Garmin web site , just go back on your account and go on yours maps and registered items you will find all the info there , Id # ,Key , unlock code . Did mine yesterday .

On mine it is on the back of the jewel case and it is a bright GREEN sticker and it says on it the product key is......................

Got the low down from Garmin
Got the low down from Garmin today. They sent me out the wrong dvd. The one they sent wasn't suppose to have a product key, it was for those that purchased it through My Garmin and would have gotten the product key after purchase. I didn't get mine that way. Rather than send me out a new dvd, with product key, they just gave me a product key to use with the dvd they sent. Finally, success.
