Have a list of local speed cameras, how do i make my own prox alerts

Ok so I have been looking all over and I haven't found a way to make my own proximity alert file easily. I have a VERY accurate list of speed cameras both mobile and affixed in my area and I need to make a file so my gps will remind me where they are. What is the easiest way to take this information and have it on my garmin 650? I find it annoying that we can not enter this into the gps manually.

Do you realize that there is a nationwide file here of speed cameras?
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

This area is on the list for updates this week. I had a user send me the info that I need to enter them into the file.
Speed cameras are much more difficult to enter then the red light cameras. Red light cameras are in an intersections which is very easy to figure out.
Speed cameras can be anywhere on the road and it is difficult to pinpoint the proper locations.
I am working with people in those areas to correctly represent those locations.
Most of the locations on that list are included in the POI Factory speed camera file.
