A little help, please (long/lat for stores)

I'm the author of the Gander Mountain POI file and I need help with some of the new(er) locations. Specifically, I need the long/lat figures for these stores:
1. 100 Gander Way, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33403
2. 3970 SW 3rd Street #101, Ocala, FL, 34474 *
3. 725 Bluegrass Farms Blvd., Suite 1, Bowling Green, KY, 42104 **
4. 8195 Gander Way, Roanoke, VA, 24019 *
65. 6199 Metro Drive, DeForest, WI, 53532 *
6. 6440 Sculy Drive, Eau Claire, WI, 54701 *
* Store opening soon
** Google maps can't find this store and Google Earth shows this address in the middle of a corn field

Have you tried GPS Visualizer or POI Harvester to get coordinates ?????

I used the store list on GM's website to view the store "map" page and then I searched for the city in MapSource and panned the map until I found the area that corresponded with the map, then I placed a Waypoint which gave me the coordinates and then I verified the view on Google Maps.
Sculy drive store
The store located at 4045 commonwealth is moving to the 6440 sculy drive location and the new store will open on May 20th. This new location is at the SE corner of US 53 and I-94. It does not show on google maps at this time. The approx location is
-91.41596 44.76475
I obtained this info by phone from a representative at the store on commonwealth.
This is the one i found.

MM, as it turns out, you were just "pretty good." I took your technique and used it along with Google Earth and came out with these results:
1. Yours (N26.80218 W80.09671) was in the middle of a residential area a couple of blocks south of where the Gander Mtn. store is. I came up with N26.805178 W80.094536.
2. Yours (N29.18484 W82.18810) may be close. The GM Web site doesn't have a map yet so I'm skipping this store until it opens in a couple of weeks.
3. Yours (N36.92359 W86.41935) is in the proverbial corn field about a quarter mile SE of the store. Mine is N36.925986 W86.419639.
4. Yours (N37.35921 W79.95913) wasn't bad, but mine is better
, N37.359333 W-79.957678.
5. Yours (N43.18485 W89.32522) was close enough to mine (N43.185025 W-89.324819) to not mention.
6. Couldn't find it either.
Your tip about using a mapping tool and the GM site maps was good. Thanks for the exercise.

Sculy Dr is a new street
If I'm understanding the minutes of Eau Claire governmental meetings correctly, Sculy Dr is a new road, in an area called the "Gander Mountain development" at the SE quadrant of I-94 & US 53. [See http://www.ci.eau-claire.wi.us/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?346.post]
The road was only named in Jan 2008, which is no doubt why it doesn't yet show up in USPS or mapping databases. [See http://www.ci.eau-claire.wi.us/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?377.post]
The _approximate_ coordinates of the new Gander Mountain location, I expect, will be -91.416399, 44.764713.

Casey, you're probably right, although those coordinates as shown by Google Earth are truly in the middle of nowhere. When GM opens the store and puts its map on its Web site, I'll have a better idea. Thanks.
