In the last 3 weeks you have submitted 20 different POI Files. I think that if we got all the sports fans together they would carry you around on their shoulders proclaiming you their hero for posting all the Radio Network files that support their teams. Great Job!!!
Werskine,
You flew into action this week and not only got our Antique shop project started but you have now built the file up to over 1,000 locations in less then one week. You have also been busy making other files for the site and helping to update some of our older files. I really appreciate the time and energy that you contribute to this community.

You motivated me this week and helped get the Mom & Pop Burger Joints up and going. I am excited to have this sister file to the Hot Dog Stands. Great Job.
I do have a topic that I would like to touch on that is causing me some concern this week. I am seeing a bit more bickering these days then what is usually going on.
This community is about helping each other out and making each other feel good about our abilities and strengths. I don't mind when a thread becomes a debate as long as it is a sophisticated intelligent debate where all parties walk away feeling that their point was understood and respected.
You don't have to agree with someone but make sure that your response is not going to damage a persons self esteem. We need to remember that just because we are an online community that does not know each other personally the things that we say here do have a real life effect on others that might be reading it.

Congratulations to all. On a different note, I agree with Miss Poi's point on the bickering. There seems to be an influx of hostility amongst some members. The freedom to debate different topics is what makes POI Factory great. However, if you don't have something nice to say....... I am sure that we can all agree that we are here for our love of our GPS units and the files we create. We almost lost some of our most helpful and caring members once. Let's hope that doesn't happen again!
