Bluetooth related observation / request

So I guess this is more of an observation and Garmin wish than anything else....
I pair my 'phone to my nuvi 660 and all works as advertised, in fact I'm very impressed with the whole hands free bit. However, my 'phone has 3G modem and therefore I can access streaming internet radio. If my 'phone is paired with my nuvi I would like the nuvi to be able to act as the 'speakerphone' and play the internet radio over its own speaker or the car radio speakers through its fm transmitter.
It doesn't work for me, I assume there are a number of Bluetooth protocols and the nuvi is only loaded with the one that's related to operating as a cell 'phone?
A logical progression of this, if it worked, would be to include a web browser on the nuvi and be able to access the internet through the Bluetooth connection to a 3G (etc.) enabled cell 'phone.
Am I just smoking crack or is any of this possible / desirable?

Bluetooth question
Kevin-
I am sure it is possible but then Garmin would lose out on it's MSN revenue stream from the x80 series Nuvis.
You are correct in that the limitations of the phone/Nuvi interface is limited to phone functions. In fact some phones only work to make calls. Certain phones will not be able to display the phonebook on the Nuvi.
I would think that to make it work, the Garmin would have to have a myriad of device specific drivers loaded for each phone/device and would require much more tech time/development/and customer support than they are willing to commit.

Never say never. But not gonna happen. For so many reasons.
I agree with Mama
I could see people surfin the net checking out the latest Chatty Charlie thread while driving..I would think your phone should be able to stream into your Car Stereo. that would me better than hearing it through the 660 speakers. I have to Agree with the First part of the tread though..My Nuvi 660 Paired up great with my New LG evny Phone. I tried 3 times to have the phone find the Nuvi and no luck..But the second I had the nuvi Find the Phone it was paired and Works great.
