Antiglare

In comparing Garmin nuvis on their website, I noticed that the small screen models have an antiglare coating on their screens and the widescreens do not. You would think that antiglare which is useful on small screens would be even more useful on wide screens. Is glare a problem for those of you who own widescreen models?

No issue with glare, but I'll pay more attention.
I would guess that it has the same anti-glare as non-wide, but they just don't advertise it.

No Glare Problems
I have no glare problems on either my nüvi 660 or nüvi 760. They both have been used in my convertible without any problems seeing the screens.

I asked Garmin about that by email and got this response:
Thank you for contacting Garmin International.
The WQVGA is for the wide edition and they dont have the antiglare on it.

No Problem With Nuvi 660
I've had no problem with my widescreen nuvi 660 and I have a vehicle with the long, sloping widshield that frequently lets sunlight directly hit the screen. It makes it a little harder to see, but it just could be my old eyes.

Antiglare
I have a 660 and a magellan color and I can see the 660 real good in the sun but the magellan washes out when the sun glares on it even ti the backlit is on.
