I don't think so
If you mean a route, then no. I don't believe that routing is available on the 350.
If you mean a series of waypoints, then probably.

You cannot load routes on the 350; but you can convert the S&T routed points to points of interest and then load the points of interest on the 350.
Save the S&T route and then convert it to a csv file with GPSBabel.
See: http://www.gpsbabel.org/index.html
After converting them and loading them on the 350, you can print out a list of the csv file points in routed order for reference; and then as you go, you call them up from the 350 custom poi file as "where to" on a one at a time basis.
This has worked well for me on very long trips with more than 100 points of interest along the way.
(S&T is very helpful because of it's capability to handle route optimization on both one-way and roudtrip routes. Hopefully, Garmin will someday build this into Mapsource.)

This is a great idea! Thanks for the information. Have you experienced any problems with the geocodes generated by Streets & Trips when doing this?

I can't honestly answer your question because in 99% of my cases, I have compiled a list of points with Mapsource then imported that list into S&T only for the sake of route optimization--and then used the above procedure to get a readable, routed list. All the coordinates in the main came from Mapsource, and the original Mapsource file is what is loaded on my 350.
I believe you'll find they both use Navteq maps and, as a result, you should see little difference.
