Hi I have a 650 garmin and want to put in school zones I made the poi file with the word speed and ends in cvs then I changed it to gpx. file but I can't get the voice to say school zone alert what l'm I doing wrong thank you Lucky

Don't have time right now to discuss however I have done my own for our city and set it up to say "school zone" by pin pointing the zone from each street as opposed to a circular reference from one point.

How did you change it to a GPX?
You say that you made the POI file. Do you mean that you created the file yourself? If so, is the file in the correct format?
Check out this page to see the proper format for the POI files.

Once you confirm that the file is in the correct format, can you confirm that the POI locations are located sufficiently close (approximately 50 feet) from the road on which you are traveling when you are expecting an alert.
Once you confirm that the file is correct, did you download or create an MP3 file that says what you want it to say?
Once you have the proper MP3 file, can you confirm that you have named and located the files properly on your computer?
