Active Status

I was unable to post a few weeks back and noticed that I lost my active status.

I am at 5wks 4 days as my farthest point of posting, and was wondering if I need to wait another week to regain active status.

Not sure where the start/stop points are for the 3/5 rule.

Thanks.

It is a rolling 5-weeks

It is a rolling 5-weeks window. If you posted three times within the past 5 weeks on different weeks, you might get the status back this coming week.

Nope it looks like you got it tonight when Jon updated the active user status for the week.

Miss POI

Newbie mistake

LOL... I should pay more attention when I read things. I thought I had to upload at least 3 poi files to get active status. So, did it all in 2 days. NOW, I re-read the instructions... should've kept #2 and #3 and posted them once a week to get active status. Hate when I'm stupid. smile

FYI ,,, it's not just posting files

you keep you active status when you contribute anything ... not just files.

for instance ... by posting this response I'm keeping my status!! LOL

anything?

So aslong as you post anything it will count? If this is true then doesn't the board get filled up with usless posts? I would think the site would also monitor how often someone visits and how long? Or maybe I'm just tring to keep my status aswell. LOL hmmm.

Chatty Charlie

Hopefully all the useless posts get funneled to the Chatty Charlie thread. I did say hopefully. Come to think of it, maybe Useless Posts is a better name. Not that we don't all like to talk about the weather. Often people talk about it without even giving their location. But they stay active smile.

What Happened to my status?

My active status seems to be in place, but I don't seem to be able to download the redlight cams. It tells me I need to become an active member.
