Downloading and uploading POI'S

I am new to GPS and have bought a Garmin C340. I would like to download new poi's but can't find anywhere it tells you how. I have download and install the POI loader from Garmin.

downloading POIs

To download POIs from POI-Factory.com, start by browsing through the files listed in the POI Files section on the web site.

When you find one that's interesting, click on its title to view the details page, which will show a Download link.

Once you have the file on your computer, you can follow the instructions listed in the FAQ section at this page:

Thanks JM. I think I have it figured out. It is in fact quite simple.
