Well,
Do you have the manual wich it comes with it.
I assume you have a GARMIN device.
Go to :

Choose the manual for your GARMIN GPS.
Very easy but check your manual before anything else.
For POI check the forum concerning this issue.
Everything is there.

Loading POI's and Pix, etc

Get the POI loader from Garmin. Read up on how to do it from here (use search). Also, you can load pix and songs to your SD card by using your Windows Explore (right click on start, left click on Explore). Then just drag the songs over that you want.
