I saw this video on yahoo videos regarding GPS, it just shows how some people lack common sense.

Common Sense
Is just another oxymoron.

GPS
It was amazing how the reporter didn't get a few things right herself:
1) GPSr's don't send signals to the satellites, its the other way around.
2) Accuracy is down to 50 ft - try about 3 ft - what is she smoking?

I guess ambulance chasers will have a heyday with the manufacturer of this guy's GPS. It is politically incorrect to use common sense or ambulance chasers will be out of business.
Ridiculous
The entire piece is ridiculous and biased. It had no mention of the hundreds of lives surely saved by quick routing to local hospitals or any of the other time or life saving perks of satellite navigation. As usual another useless media piece for the mindless masses to believe in.

People just need to use some
People just need to use some common sense. A gps is there for navigation ASSISTANCE. Someone that is going on a long trip should have an idea as to where they are going. AKA research your route before driving. Another thing about gps's, they are great but really only give you up to 10 foot accuracy at the very best because of government regs. Please people pay attention to what is going on around you. Dont rely on your gps to navigate for you. Pay attention to road signs and landmarks, just use some good ole common sense. DON'T BE STUPID.

Not much left !
just use some good ole common sense. DON'T BE STUPID.
I think there is a finite amount of common sense in the Universe and as the population grows, the amount each person has is less !!!!
Sure seems that way.
