nuvi screen recalibration

found a link somewhere that mentioned recalibration of the touch screen on Nuvi's, but does this also apply to the 200? If not, how would you accomplish this in case you needed it?
Hold the ON button over for a LOOOONNNNGG time...
With the 200 off, move the button over like you are turning it on but continue to hold the button in the ON (momentary position) until you get the calibration screen. Takes at least 30 second, maybe longer. As your finger starts to hurt, you are about half way there!

had no idea of that fonction, just try it on my nüvi 250W. Tooks 35 seconds holding the on button in position and poop the calibration screen was there. Thanks, ......

the nuvi 360 has an option
the nuvi 360 has an option under setting then display for the recalibration

Does the 200 charge while plugged in to the USB on the PC? or only via the car charger?

Yes, USB on the computer charges
Ya it will charge off USB on the computer. In fact, I haven't even cracked open my car charger that came with my nüvi 200 I got for Xmas. I haven't gone on long enough of a trip yet.

The 200 should have no problems charging from the USB port. What I noticed with my 250w is that as long it's connected via USB, even with just the Garmin screen appearing on display, it charges the battery.

my 200 was in the console of my car today, with no use, but I pulled it out for the way home, and it said it had a Low Battery. Not sure why. Maybe I accidently did something, so I'll have to make double sure next time
