School Zone file , dated ?

I downloaded the North East USA school zone POI that is available via this web site . Has anyone here figured out how OLD the data is ? For my area it has a local college with a name that has not been used for 20 years. It also contains some schools that ceased to exist over 20 years ago.

This seems to be a very friendly site and I applaud the people that run it but I think the files are use at your own risk kinda thing im sure the members that upload them for us, do there best to check them but they cant go to all the places to make sure there still there. download the best buy poi and follow it to the battle creek Michigan store and you will be in a housing subdivision on a no outlet street

You can contact the file owner and have them change any inaccuracies using the contact page in their individual profiles.

Time & Money
Since most people that have made national or regional files can't physically visit each site, they rely on yahoo or google to get the coordinates for street addresses. Depending on how updated the list is that the file was based on there could be errors.
Folks that either live in an area or travel to the location let the author know about the error so it can be corrected. If you do not get a response from the author, then email the moderator.

MM is correct, that would be one of the non editable files on the site that came from the government sites.
