Trouble with Magellan Maestro 3200 POI

We have just purchased a New 3200 for our Daughter and we are trying to load a POI. I get the POI file onto the GPS via USB. But when it tries to open the file it says error opening file. Any ideas ???

I'm thinking you are going to have to provide a few more details: Where did you get the file? What format was it originally in? How did you get it into the 3200?

Same problem

I had that problem....I did a reset...I pressed that small reset button and it worked from there on.....
