I think it's pretty cool but I could live without the MSN Direct thing.It is nice that they are throwing in the service for one year with the purchase of the unit. After that I wouldn't pay for that.I my opinion it's not worth the monthly cost.
It is close to a handheld
It is close to a handheld computer. Some of the features are already incorporated into PDA phones. I think it is overkill. I don't think it will fly off of the shelves. The Traffic feature really works and the Travel card for N America is very useful.
The Sony VAIO UX280P Notebook is very similar but can do more w/o GPS.
I am sure that there will be a similar unit in the future incorporating all of these features very soon.
