Nuvi 360 Telephone dash (-) not there just * and # where is it?

Whenever I add a telephone number to a favorite, the "dash" - is not a choice, all I have is the # and the * where is it? Any help from you all would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't anyone ...
...have this problem, or is it not a concern amongst 360 owners? The 650 has the dash, why not 360?
