Editing previously loaded custom POIs

If I want to adjusted the distance for alerts (using poiloader) do I just re-up the file overwriting the original? Also is there a way to remove individual custom pois?

Yes

I believe you just need to re-up the the edited file and it will overwrite. Removing custom POI's would work the same way: just edit your POI file and remove the POI you don't want to appear and re-up. The next time you boot your GPSr the POI that you edited out will no longer show.

Zsav,When using the POI

Zsav,
When using the POI loader, it asks if you want to remove previoulsy installed custom POIs. Select yes, and then reinstall your edited POIs (all in the same folder). As far as I know, you cannot remove individual custom POIs. At least with Garmin Nuvi 680 this is true. As far as the alerts, select "manual" preferences and set whatever distance/speed you want. It will simply overwrite the existing POIs
