When you have the windmill as an icon. Then you are an active member. But during this Christmas Season I would suppose Miss POI and JM are a little busy. But patience is a virtue and you will be rewarded.

"You automatically become an active member when you've made posts in at least 3 of the last 5 weeks. Activity includes uploading POI files and/or posting in the discussion forums.
The weekly posting periods run Monday through Sunday (GMT). Active member status is updated once each week (on Monday mornings)."
Check with Miss POI, but it appears by your 'Tracking Record' that you have posted 2 of the last 5 weeks (this week isn't counted until 12/24).
Wk 11/19-11/25=2 postings.
Wk 11/26-12/2=No postings.
Wk 12/3-12/9=No postings.
Wk 12/10-12/16=One posting.
Wk 12/17-12/23=Two postings (not counted until 12/24)
From what I can determine here, you should become active on 12/24. Just guessing, so best check with Miss POI.

I have looked at your account and it shows that you have had activity in 3 of the last 5 weeks so you will be getting your windmill and access on Monday;)

Yep, you can lose your windmill easier than you earn one. The best thing to do is make sure you have at least 1 post every week.

I'm still trying to figure out if that is automated or manual,
I'm still trying to figure out of that is automated or manual, the active member thing. It seems from the writeup it is automated, but I'm just not sure.
