Why only 2 New England states listed for camera POIs?

How come only Mass and Rhode Island are listed as having traffic cameras? Are there none in CT, NH, VT, ME?
I see New York listed, but that is not a New England state.

I'm really surprised as New England, especially CT, is one of the most expensive areas to live in regarding taxes. I'd think they would have jumped on the idea to generate even more revenue. :roll eyes:
