...but I don't get there much (too schlocky for my taste). My Nuvi also has a ton of stuff for MB already; you sure your's has none?

Why don't you make one, and I'll add a few items over time for the types of stuff that units typically don't list in their files (e.g. beach access, boat ramps, campgrounds,etc.)

...like knowing which access areas have the prettiest beach, the nicer and larger parks in the region, and restaurants that are not on the main strip necessarily, but which offer great taste for good value, etc. i.e. The insider's guide to MB, vs. the commercial guide to the place. For instance, I already know about Brookgreen Garden, and the Baba Spiritual retreat center. That sort of stuff doesn't make many tour books, and they're really classy and great to visit. Margaritaville I can live without.

Miss Poi

I just wanted to check out what was listed in the area. I was surprised at the lack of things I know exist.
I just was trying to enter PoI that I knew were here, and didn't see in the list, Alabama theatre was one Carolina Opry was another. (Tourist stuff)
One of the outlet malls is closed, has been for a while, is listed.

There is a urgent care across the street, but not listed in the poi.
Under tourist attractions, it only has Little Falls and Upper Falls in North Carolina.

I am planning a road trip from Minnesota to Myrtle Beach next week. After perusing the forum, I found this one, suggesting a Myrtle Beach POI. It doesn't appear that one has been created yet... or is there one?

I have one that i started,because i am thinking of going up that way for a short vacation, I did send it to Miss POI so when she gets to it it should be available shortly. Titled it Myrtle Beach S.C and it is csv format.

I would be interested in helping or starting this one back up.

I have a file that I created when I was there last November. It doesn't have everything, but it does have a number of attractions, such as the House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Palace Theatre, etc.
