Exit Numbers

I noticed if I was just driving, and viewing the map the intersection Rt 70 and Rt 29N shows as exit 86 on the display. The signs have it labeled as exit 25A/B.
If I was actually navigating to a location that required me to get on that exit, the number display and announce as exits 25A/B.
Are there two different databases that are used? Navigating and browsing? Anyone else experience this problem?

That would be Exit 87 OFF I-70 and
Exit 25 OFF Rt 29 according to AAA

Yup, that is right. I was traveling on 29N and passing over Rt70, when the Nuvi shows as exit 87. I guess it cannot determine my altitude to know I am going over 70?
