Hope to get one going on Niagara some day.

I am new to this site but have downloaded some valuable info so far. I am starting off small with creating a POI file. I am planning on setting up all of the TTC subway stops. If this already exists (which I'm confident that it does) please let me know. I'll spend my time doing something more productive.

I loaded the one for second cup, but it only had address and thus would not come up in a search for "second cup" on my nuvi. What would I have to do to change that?

that will be really useful. how about including the TTC free parking lots?

These all show up in my Garmin 250W with the address, but I don't know how to extract the coordinates for them.

hmm, is it possible to convert your garmin TTC poi's to tomtom format i wonder?

These are the stock POI's included with the GPS not custom ones. I wouldn't even know where to look for them.

When you are at the main menu do the following
Choose Favorites > Custom POI > Second Cup

This will now show the Second cups sorted from nearest to farthest from your current location.

If you do not see "custom POI" then you have not loaded the custom POI properly.

If the Nuvi has no custom POI's loaded this option will not show up.

Yes if the TTC lots are done then there are many tools to convert garmin to tom tom

Will the tools convert only custom POI's or those that came pre-loaded on the GPS?

If they are pre-loaded, are they not copyrighted?
