MAGELLAN HELP !!! - sound files

Can anyone help me? I was able to transfer the Redlight Camera csv file to a magellan file .mgl via the Magellan software however I don't know how to get the sound poi for a redlight camera on there. I named the mp3 file the same as the redlight camera file but when I attempt to transfer it to a Magellan file it needs longitude and lattitude coordinates...does anyone know if this can be done? The Magellan Roadmate 2200 has an MP3 player in it so I would think that there should be a way of trading out the bell or chime option for a sound on this GPS for a voice sound of "REDLIGHT CAMERA APPROACHING"
