Google Maps With A Sony XAV-AX8000

My wife and I have a Jayco Redhawk 31F with a Sony XAV-AX8000. It works fine for a while and then it will lose connectivity. I think the problem might be the Adaptive Charging feature.
Has anybody here dealt with this? And, if so, what was your solution?
