So long story short I am in the mist of a project that lead to me having a few different Garmins all at once. I want to outfit my car with one but I have a few parameters I want a 7" dispaly and no wifi. So initially I picked up a Dezl 770. I really liked it but I had a lot of problems POI icons just becoming a black dot and not loading the icons.I started playing with the Garmin nüvi 2699 I had for another project and I noticed it did not have this problem. To be fair I have 1/2 million POI in each unit but still. I'm thinking of moving from my Dezl 770 to a Garmin nüvi 2789 as it is the same series as the 2699. I did see the DS70 also meets my parameters. I was wondering what you guys thought?
