I have a Garmin Zumo XT and it has a microSD card installed. When I checked the MyMaps folder on the Zumo XT, I have two maps that I don't recall downloading. They are named:
GUAM, HONOLULU, HAWAII, KAPAA, HAWAII, KAHULUI, HA
and DALLAS-FORT WORTH SOUTHEAST, TEXAS, TALLAHASSEE, F
I have checked the folders from both the internal memory and the memory card, but I can't locate them?
How can I determine where they are hiding so I can delete them?
Maybe a folder is hidden?

The map files (usually .img files) are found within the ".system/maps" folder on the internal memory and the "maps" folder on the microSD card, if one is used. But the .system/maps folder may be hidden. Go to Control Panel, select the View tab, and then choose to "Show hidden files, folders, and drives".

Cuxtom Maps?
These may be "Custom Maps" in which case I don't think they are .img files. I think custom maps are .kmz files and may be stored in a folder named Custom Maps. I have never owned a Zumo, so I have no experience with Custom Maps and don't know how Custom Map naming works. I may be completely wrong about this.

I did finally determine the culprit maps. I moved them to another folder so I don't even see them when I go to MyMaps. I actually ended up moving a number of maps. When I am out ATV/UTV/E-biking, I am finding that less is better for me. The first page of MyMaps offers three maps from the microSD card. They are Open Chest Map and OSM Cycle and Trails maps. The second page is Garmin City Navigator North America, Garmin TopoActive North America, etc. I also have VV Maps for ATVing on there.
