Soo... Sorry to hear the horrific reality of the flooding and loss of life. In our age of technology I would hope early warning would be better. I have to wonder what roll short staffing due to cut back may have played.
One 22 year old woman was found 22 miles downstream in a tree. Unbelievable that she survived.

hard coded start number for epoch, and a 16bit number for 'today', well the highest possible today was this morning at 11am, and now its taking +30minutes to find satellites
not sure how far +30, gave up
