Of course it's much different than the 2350LMT it replaces. But, it has no traffic so the ETA is not accurate.
Main purpose is for red light and speed cam alerts--it came with a Dec 2024 Cyclops.
I loaded the rlc and speed files from here.
The first time I approached a rlc, a red bar appeared across the top, and also a gray bar.
Red was cyclops, gray was the poi from here.
The 2nd time, and every time since, only the gray bar. Kind of disappointing, I figure if the cyclops is there, I like having both alerts.
I experimented. If pois from here are deleted, the red bar appears again.
First world problems lol And it's not a bad unit for $94.99. Do I need it, not really. Somehow it's like the blanket was to Linus....
I hope somehow the red bar comes back, no explanation why it did it the first time, and never again. I have a pic to prove it really did display!

I have a Drive 52 which works well for me. It was a refurbished unit for $70.
now that
I've had it multiple days, no, the red bar for the cyclops alerts does not display, when, the POI file has an alert for the same place. How it did it the first time, who knows, but I have a pic to prove it.
At any rate, if there is no POI file and there is a Cyclops file, then I'd expect a red alert.

Looking for the traffic power supply and it doesn't seem to be available on eBay used for less than $36 (it is only a $20 delta on the Garmin website when purchased with the Drive 53).
The delta is with list price, i.e. I paid $94.95, I couldn't get the traffic model for $114.95 ($20 more when $149.99 vs $169.99).
So I decided to say good riddance and order this lol

Did you do any kind of a test to insure the device doesn’t enter "mass storage mode" when connected.
