This isn't anything new. I remember being a kid, and my uncle had a Buick LeSabre coupe which had cruise (to a kid that was far out there), delay wipers, and the headlights even turned on and off on their own (imagine that). He would overtake a vehicle on cruise, and then it would "suddenly" accelerate. We would hear him curse as his cigarette smoke wafted into the back and filled our pre teen lungs.

There are many things in life that have come out and been more apparent as of late. Is it ok to let a door close on someone, rather than wait ms and hold it for them? The former today is at least 40-50%.

As a society we're always going to allow human nature to prevail, at some point. Courtesy is a learned behavior imho. my .02 ymmv
