iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4 updates that Apple released today include a long list of fixes for security vulnerabilities, though none of the issues addressed were known to have been actively exploited.
This update introduces 8 new emojis, a new Sketch Style option on Image Playground, Mail Categorization, recipes in Apple News+, and enhancements to better organize and filter your library in Photos. This release also includes other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPad.

Apple has released some updates for older devices as well. My “older” iPad was eligible for 15.8.4.
