I recently bought a Garmin 350, and it is well-equipped, but it is not complete enough for my purposes. For example, although the software it came with provides one with a list of hospitals for Miami, it does not readily list the urgent care centers around Dade County. Furthermore, some places inside Disney property are not even listed, although these places have been there for more than 5 years.
I am looking for POI files on Miami and Orlando with info on these cities' atms, restaurants, attractions, museums, urgent care centers, shopping, etc. -- Whether it is public or commercial, if someone can point the way, I will follow.
PS: I will soon upload the .csv file I created with all of Miami's urgent care centers, for those who may find this info useful.
