End of the month

Thinking about all of the people affected by the hurricane. It’s amazing how Mother Nature can be so beautiful at times and so terrifying at others. We are several hundred miles from the path of the hurricane but I drove past a tree today that had been toppled by the wind. This tree was probably a hundred, maybe a hundred and twenty five years old. I remember seeing this tree when I was a kid and it was a good size tree then. Completely laid over on its side.
