Garmin Drive app suggestion/question

The Garmin Drive app works reasonably well with/on my DS65 But.. could use a new feature that I'm sure is: a) possible and b) desirable. Where would one suggest it?
Seems keeping track of where trains are by showing a train icon would help driver avoid, if possible, having to wait for a train. Something the Google map/traffic page could consider as well.
And the question.. where does the Garmin Drive app get it's traffic information. Seems it's slow to register a traffic problem.. like waiting for a train 8 min with no indication and not clearing a traffic problem that is long gone.
Cheers
Great idea but
IMO impractical. Train schedules in this country are notoriously inaccurate, and at least here in SE Pennsylvania, I rarely find a delay of a train in service, of more than about 5 minutes. Disabled trains are a different matter and my GArmin generally knows about them and reports it as a traffic dely.

But..
Why can they not be monitored much the same way traffic is? I don't know how Google or the Garmin app do the traffic thing.. but they do. Surely there is some electronic signal coming from a train that indicates where it is that the Google and Garmin could snag on to.
