Keeping The Windmill Alive – January 2024

Perhaps you can post on a new book you're reading, a new hobby you're taking up or about random finds as you finally get around to cleaning out the..., or your most recent adventure?

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Please keep comments polite.

This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.

Have COW awards been discontinued?

I know there is usually a gap after COY selection... but in the past I've noticed that COW awards usually resume by mid January. Here it is end of January, and no new COW has been announced yet. Is it over? I hope not!

No snow!!

It has been above freezing for two weeks!!

COW selections often provided a pointer to an interesting thread topic I may otherwise ignore. I miss them.

A quick spin . . .

to keep the windmill alive.

Will wait until next week to update the POIs on the little Nuvi. Just our normal part of getting ready for travel to a big truck camper rally happening a few days after the Superbowl smile

Out to buy a new slide in oven

My 35 year old oven died and I need to replace it. Can't get parts anywhere. I have only 1 option for the space I have in the cabinet. If I do a major rework in the cabinet I get 2 more choices. And the new one will cost $2400.
