Mexico and ?
I saw that as well, probably about 10 days ago, and noticed that it applied to Mexico and one other place, not located in the USA. IMO, since I live in the states, it isn’t worth the effort to do the download.

Probably because they did the sensible thing and eliminated that stupid twice yearly. Move 1 hour ahead or back!
