Wow 13 years

Wow! Next week it will be 13 years since I joined this community! seems like yesterday I stumbled across POI Factory with a google search! I know there are members that have been members way longer, but always fun to think back and remember now 13 years later religiously logging in 1 or 2 times a week to see what is going on, see who was a contributor of the week from the week before, and once a year voting for a contributor of the year! and of course update all my Favourite 25 POI's too!
I would like to send out a big thank you to everyone that contributes to this community every day, week, month, & year! as a loyal follower and member it is greatly appreciated! Please keep up all the Great Work! and I look forward to continuing on hopefully for another 13 years!
Fred

I love this site and I'm working on 15 years; but you know what I find amusing from way back then? One of the hot topics of the day was how we needed to be careful that our windshield mounted suction cup didn't leave a telltale mark on the windshield for the bad guys to see. Seems quaint nowadays.

Loretta? I don't understand your post except that it caught my attention as Loretta is my ex-wife's name.

Congrats,

Congrats,

Just think of what has changed

A lot has changed since I joined this site 13 years 25 weeks ago.

Lots of struggles to make routes on my Garmin 750.

Then came my Garmin 2450, routes were much easier on this.

Then came Honda Accord built in Navigation. A struggle to figure out how to get POI's on the car navigation.

Now Google Maps with Smart Phone and Tablet.

I still use the built in Navigation most of the time if needed for new doctors. Google Maps along with car Navigation is what we use if going on a trip. (If doctors are further away)

A lot has changed.
