Loaded POI's show on Garmin RV770 but "GO" not available.

My loaded POI's show on my Custom POI's but when I select a destination "GO" isn't highlighted and unusable.

Trouble connecting RV&&) to my Dell Computer

When I use my USB port with my Garmin cable, Garmin Express won't recognize the device.

Start with simple steps:

Delete the RV770 in Garmin Express. Unplug the USB cable and restart the computer. Restart the GPS by shutting it down and restarting it, not just sleep. Run Garmin Express. Connect the GPS to the computer using a USB port on the motherboard, a USB2 port is preferred.

The hope is that a Garmin USB driver will then be loaded. If so, it will take a couple of minutes. Watch for a notification in the lower right corner of the PC screen.

Red light and speed cameras do not have a "go" button.

I'm saying any selection such as Campgrounds

Any saved Custom POI such as a Good Sam Campground.

Numerals

Doug, I'm 99.999% sure that you have a numeral in your POI file name. Here's the FAQ:

The solution is to make sure all POI filenames do not include a numeral; e.g, if a POI file was Motel6.csv, change it to MotelSix.csv.

a number in the filename?

Look at the filenames of the POI files that were loaded. If they have a number in the filename, POI Loader will load a speed camera at that location, with the speed the same as the number. Thus no Go button. Source: POI Loader help. (inside POI Loader)

One of my Garmin cables is power only

I can't address your gray GO button but consider your USB cable. One of my Garmin cables is power only, no data. That may not be your problem but I'd suggest a look.

Problem resolved.

Thanks you do much, the number in the POI file was the issue. Doug
