Phila RLC at 52nd and Lancaster active or not?

There is clearly a Photo Enforced sign, and a RLC, in Phila., at 52nd and Lancaster. I can find nothing about it.

It's not on the PPA website, nor is it in any local news saying it's new etc.

Wonder what the deal is?

2021 Annual Report...

The PPA 2021 Annual Report mentions a few new sites planned for this year:

https://philapark.org/wp-content/uploads/2021-Red-Light-Repo...

Quote:

Currently, there are two intersections about to begin construction (31st and Spring Garden Streets and 52nd Street and Lancaster Avenue), and two more are being proposed to be added to the Red Light Camera program (58th Street and Baltimore Avenue and Front Street and Hunting Parking Avenue).

Haven't seen anything announcing that it's active yet, but we'll go ahead and add the Spring Garden and Lancaster Ave locations for next Wednesday's update.

interesting

Since the document has no date, is it possible that the report is recently created? Sort of strange the hardware is all in place, one would think the news would have something about its activity...thanks for finding the info

p.s. from what I could seem to find online, FY 2021 ended 3/31/21, so it would seem more than one year has passed since the mention of the 2 new intersections?

Document dates

The PDF's document properties show a creation date of 9/9/21 (and last modified 9/14/21); but I don't know when it was posted on their website.

active now

from what I can see, this cam is active now. Interesting how the news had nothing about it, seems this stuff is no longer interesting nor news worth lol
