income taxes on Sunday. Had it done 2 weeks ago but like to check it over.

Why I think a simple situation (work for someone else, don't have a rental property, don't sell many stocks, collect interest and get socked with dividends and cap gains from mutual funds) is always a refund. And most of all standard deduction, nothing to possibly deduct nowadays.

There's no way for the payroll program to know the check with bonus is not a 1/26 amount of comp, creating a overpayment.

I still am fascinated that within about 60 minutes, the IRS has a record and has accepted the filing.
