Took the dogs to get dog food. They love going out for a ride to see people and other dogs.

We took a trip across the bridge, first time since March 2020, whereas normally it's every day.

There are new skyscrapers that I don't recognize, a new Costco store, new supermarkets that scan temperature upon entry, it's as if the world changed even though my world at home stays the same.

I've been grounded, however, I am working on a trip to Florida - 12 hr each way

On a whim I just got in the car and took a drive down to San Diego yesterday. Man oh man it was a beautiful day, it felt great to get away if even for a day.

Stuck at homes now, lab has been locked in.

Been to the Netherlands a few times, never actually saw a windmill. 'course I didn't look too hard either..

The vaccine is now offered to 65 and older. I still don't qualify.

My last trip was to Costco to buy groceries.

Chicken Express drive through. We always wear our make up to the drive through. I am surprised at how many people I see in their cars not wearing their masks at the drive through. You are about 3 to 4 feet away from the clerk and a lot of the clerks don't know how to wear their make. I have seen a lot without their nose covered. That is too close to be not wearing your make.

I wonder why they use trays to hand the food to you. I watched them touch the bag (of course they needed to), place it on a tray and push the tray out the window. The tray was no closer to me than had they just reached it to me.

Get out for daily walk for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs. Take the car for a drive once or twice a week for an hour.

Nice day.,I walked a couple of acers today around our property. Saw several fresh deer tracks.

Still don't see why we couldn't have done that on Zoom, but that's okay. I cleaned my cube while I was there, and brought my stuff back.

My desk looked so normal, except for layers of dust, and the calendar was still on March of last year.

took the dogs for a walk around the neibor hood in the rain we all needed to get out of the house for a bit !

We used the Garmin to find house lot addresses. The prices on houses are crazy right now, but empty lots have actually dropped in price. Planning for the future...

Other than that, it's stay home

it will be 2 weeks today since I left the house--the "big" trip over the bridge to NJ, triggered my E-ZPass to replenish, that's some fare for one trip--ironic!
