Pop up warning on Garmin 765 T

Had a Pop Up on screen of 765T today that my Map Update was over a year old. Never saw this before and yes it and the 1450 haven't seen a Computer in more then a year

It's probably worth it to you to keep your devices capable of receiving updates and if you agree, I'll suggest maybe a once a year update.

I have several older Garmins, including my 265W and 1490 units which I rarely use. I get this message whenever I boot the old guys.
I've read, although I've never seen it happen, you can loose the free lifetime map updates on a unit if none are done for 2 years. I suppose I should do the updates and not take a chance.
You will lose the updates after 2 years.
Thats because Garmin figures if it hasn't been updated in 2 years then the unit is not being used or is dead.
