In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

trips to far out relatives you only see once or twice a year because they live so far out you have to figure where to have lunch on the way and dinner on the way back because you don't like driving in the dark on back roads.

Our church sells Poinsetias to fund charity donations to a women's shelter in our area. Church volunteers deliver these to the reipients of the plants.

4 times to parent's farm, 1 time to in-laws
dropping daughter off, Christmas, picking her up, dad's birthday.
First time, bridge that was out was not listed in waze and phone data is non-existent so couldn't report it. Next day, it had been fixed so routing around it was automatic.
The crazy thing was what dad told me about the actual DOT signs put out. Originally, they put the signs immediately next to the bridge which was either 1 mile or 2 miles from the nearest turn-off depending on direction you're coming from. By the time i ran out there, they put bridge out signs but no indication of "proper" detour next to the last turn before the bridge. It sounds like the 18 wheelers got caught short because there are tight turns and no shoulders.

Well....
Went to Roanoke, Va. to see the sister-in-law on the way to see my brother down in Sneads Ferry, NC. Stayed a few days down there and then back to my wife’s sister in Roanoke. Had a good time in both places but the traffic down around Raleigh-Durham is horrendous. There is no way that I would want to work down there and have to drive in that every day.
