I am presently updating this file. In addition to editing the existing file, (additions,deletions,address and phone nubmer corrections) I am including the Pizza Hut Express locations.
One to remove
Line 3500 in the CSV file, Kill Devil Hills NC location, about a mile from where I live, went to that great pizza crust toss in the sky as of last fall, and was not replaced locally. Ironically it's still shown as active on the corporate website

but I just tried the phone number there and got the number-disconnected message.
"141 could draw faster than he, but Irving was looking for 143..."
Closed location
