A New Version Of Garmin Express (6.13.0.0) Is Now Available

I just saw that a new version of Garmin Express(6.13.0.0) is now available. So, that made me wonder, do most people here update Garmin Express as soon as you know a newer version is available or do you wait and do it just before you need to for updating maps?
Changelog of the four changes below:
- For our devices that support SD cards, we’ve added a second storage meter to the Tools & Content page. This will display the used and remaining free space of an SD card that’s inserted into the device.
- Users with ANT devices can now select the Continue button to download a firmware update.
- Map updates should no longer fail for Australia/New Zealand devices with the TopoActive AU/NZ map.
- Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
