POI Wont load on DriveAssist™ 50LMT

I used POI LOADER to load them on my DriveAssist™ 50LMT. Its new. The poi tries to load then says there is a unexpected error during the transfer of the custom POI Files. what am I doing wrong in loading them.

I used POI LOADER to load them on my DriveAssist™ 50LMT. Its new. The poi tries to load then says there is a unexpected error during the transfer of the custom POI Files. what am I doing wrong in loading them.
Is that the complete message? Usually the unexpected error on loading poi files, is due to a problem with one of the files having a error. The error message should id the file and the line number of the error. How about the sox.exe and wav file? If you are using voice alerts.
