POIs to Acura {& possibly to Honda)

I have a 2018 Acura MDX and can load 2000 pois in CSV format. The trick is to: If CSV the 1st column must have X in row 1, 2nd column must have Y in row 1, 3rd column must have NAME, 4th column must be entirely blank.
KML works too but requires converting CSV file to KML.
I've seen the FAQ by Mary but only for KML if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for this information. To the best of my recollection, the fact that .csv files can be loaded in a Honda/Acura GPS has never been discussed here.
For the 2018 Acura, is a USB flash drive used or an SD card? Where is the port? Is the POI info from the manual? How did you figure it out?

There was a discussion about a 2013 Honda and Mary made a FAQ so if she would like to she can add this info. to it.
A USB flash drive is used. On the 2018 MDX it has 5 usb charging ports and one of the three that is in the center console is a data port. Two of the 5 are in the rear and are charging only. The manual states csv or kml formats can load POIs.

My 2014 Honda Accord
I never was able to load .csv files into my Honda Accord 2014. Klm woorked great for me so I never looked into it much. We have a busy couple of weeks so I am unable to look into it just now. Will try to remember to see if I cam get them to work later.
